Kiddie Train Rides

Operating 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. each day

To complement the Let's Play Railway exhibit, the Museum is featuring rides around the Museum property on a fully operational kiddie train. Named the Great Chicago Kiddie Express, this pint-sized railroad will offer rides:

  • September 23 – 26
  • September 30 – October 3
  • October 7 – 10
  • October 13

Each exciting ride is $2. Rides on the kiddie train are free on October 7 to celebrate the grand opening of Let’s Play Railway.
