Fitness for All activities are focused around getting and staying healthy. Whether it’s an opportunity to build your endurance, stretch your muscles, build gross motor skills, we’ll help put the “active” in interactive.
Unless otherwise noted, Fitness for All activities take place Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Habitat Park, weather permitting:
Can you walk and skip through a web without getting stuck? Move like a spider with a partner in the spider walk.June 3 - June 15: Bubble Bonanza
How many bubbles can you catch? Experiment with blowing and chasing bubbles as they float in the air.June 17 - June 29: Nature Twister
Stretch your arms and legs and as you twist your body on our Nature Twister mat.
