Fitness for All
Fitness for All activities are focused around getting and staying healthy. Whether it’s an opportunity to build your endurance, stretch your muscles, build gross motor skills, we’ll help put the “active” in interactive.
Unless otherwise noted, Fitness for All activities take place Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Habitat Park, weather permitting:
Explore the wonders of cardboard boxes, balls, hoops, and other loose material.October 21 - October 26, October 29, October 31: Waving Scarves and Ribbons
Please note: After October 26, Fitness for All will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. inside the Museum.
Wave, twirl, spin and freeze! Have fun with colorful scarves and ribbons as you move to the beat of the music.
