Fitness for All
Fitness for All activities are focused around getting and staying healthy. Whether it’s an opportunity to build your endurance, stretch your muscles, build gross motor skills, we’ll help put the “active” in interactive.
Unless otherwise noted, Fitness for All activities take place Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Habitat Park, weather permitting:
Run forward and backwards, push, pull, and balance with hoops in this big movement activity.July 29 - August 10: Swat Away
Shuffle and swat away the balls with a racket in this hand-eye coordination game.August 12 - August 24: Follow the Queen Bee
Can you jump up and down? Can you stand on one foot? Can you spin in a circle? Test your listening skills as we follow the leader, Queen Bee.August 26 - September 7: Tunnels Galore!
Develop gross motor and body awareness skills by crawling through our play tunnels.September 9 - September 21: Building our Muscles
Grow your arm strength by moving like a monkey or hopping like a frog in this gross motor activity.September 23 - October 5: Four Corners
Watch with your eyes and listen with your ears to turn the corner with the command.
