Reports To: Vice President of DevelopmentThe Director of Institutional Giving and Development Operations is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive, donor-centric fundraising plan with a focus on renewing current support and raising new contributions from foundations, government entities and corporations. The plan should build upon the success of existing fundraising efforts while creating new ways of identifying, cultivating, and soliciting new donors, as well as retaining and upgrading current donors and constituents. Oversee all aspects of grant management. Develop operations to ensure the organization achieves its fundraising goals and sustains growth.

Reports To: Marketing & Sales ManagerReporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, the Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and servicing inbound group sales products such as birthday parties, field trips, and venue rentals using the Altru system. The Group Sales Coordinator will also assist the Sales Manager in the development and execution of outbound sales strategies to increase leads and achieve monthly revenue goals. Included in this role is general customer service responsiveness to phone and email inquiries.

Reports To: Guest Experience ManagerReporting to the Guest Experience Manager, the Guest Experience Assistant Manager is responsible for day-to-day oversight of Museum floor staff including scheduling and providing breaks and coverage as well as facilitating department and safety training. The Assistant Manager also manages the guest experience by implementing and facilitating Museum programming, ensuring a safe Museum environment and contributing to the operations of the front desk, including general admissions and membership sales, as well as assisting with opening and closing the Museum.

The Facilitator supports a safe and fun environment through core operational duties, including engaging young learners through developmentally appropriate practices to enhance their experience, assisting with opening and closing of the Mobile Learning Lab and Pop-Up Museum, managing the cleanliness of the exhibits and assisting patrons with any questions or issues as they arise.

Reports To: Director of PlayThe Story Guide (4 year grant funded) is a vital role in creating a welcoming, developmentally appropriate, and playful experience for museum visitors. This position facilitates many theater and storytelling programing, including creating original productions, securing and maintaining theater inventory, conducting daily programming, and providing meaningful interactions with guests.
