Cheers for Spheres

Explore the world of balls, circles and spheres, and how they interact with the world around them. Exhibit extended through April 21, 2024.

• Use air pressure to send balls shooting through see-through tubes in our Air-Mazing station

• Experiment with Bernoulli blowers to find out what shapes will balance on columns of air

• Build vertical paths on walls and use gravity to roll balls down them

• Push or step on circular stomplights to change colors

• Spin circular discs to explore light diffraction

• Try your hand at hula hoops
