Field Trip Scholarships
Kohl Children’s Museum strives to promote equitable access to hands-on learning for all students.
The School Connections initiative provides field trip scholarships for classrooms experiencing various barriers to attending the Museum by covering admission fees for a Self-Guided Field Trip or In-School Museum Experience.
- Scholarships are granted to pre-K through 2nd grade classrooms with 50% or more of students receiving free or reduced lunches.
- Priority is given to first-time applicants or classrooms that have not visited the Museum within the past year. Applicants who do not initially receive a scholarship will be placed on a waitlist.
- Please submit one application per classroom. If multiple classrooms from your school would like to apply, please submit separate applications.
- Scholarships do not include transportation.
- Self-Guided Field Trip scholarships include a private room to eat lunches brought from home.
