The Museum’s Tinkering program encourages children to do what they do best – let their curiosity take over! Explore the world of engineering by building machines and creating processes, and then explore what happens when you make changes or do things differently.
Programming occurs select Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 PM.
There are so many different ways to play in the snow! Join us as we complete different design challenges connected to your favorite snow activities. We will build snowball catapults, sleds and snow forts!
February 7, February 9, February 21, February 23: Construction and ToolsJoin us as we put on our construction hats! We will be tinkering with different tools such as screwdrivers, hammers and paint rollers as we learn about construction.
March 7, March 9, March 21, March 23: Let It Fly!3, 2, 1 take off! Come learn about flight! Create a rocket or an airplane and test how far your design will fly.
