Please note:

• For quickest entry, simply print the e-mail confirmation you will receive after checkout and present to a Guest Services Associate at the Ticketing Desk. If you do not have access to a printer, a Guest Services Manager will be able to look up your order.
• No refunds available on advance ticket purchases. Tickets are fully transferable.
• Valid during regular Museum operating hours only. Not valid during members-only hours or Museum special events.
• Discounts and passes cannot be accepted for online purchases.
• Tickets expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
